Return and refund policy
At PaperCupz.ie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return or refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order if:
The items are unused and in their original packaging
The items are in resalable condition
You can provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number, invoice)
Returns outside the 14-day window may not be accepted unless the goods are faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
Delivery charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
We cannot refund items lost in return transit, so we recommend using a tracked postal service
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item:
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Include a photo and description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order and request a return for the original item.
Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately at support@papercupz.ie. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process above.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched. Express options may be available upon request.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. Unused and unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For full details, please see our Returns Policy.
Do you deliver outside Ireland?
Currently, we deliver across Ireland and Northern Ireland. For international or special delivery requests, please contact us directly.
