Delivery Terms
Welcome to PaperCupz.ie! We are committed to providing a seamless and timely delivery experience for all our customers across Ireland and beyond. Please review our delivery terms below to understand how we handle shipping and what you can expect when you place an order with us.
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. If you are located outside these regions and would like to place an order, please contact us directly at support@papercupz.ie to explore delivery options.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery: 2 – 5 business days (within Ireland)
Express Delivery (if available): 1 – 2 business days
Please note that delivery timeframes may vary slightly depending on stock availability, order volume, and external courier delays.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Charges
Standard Delivery (within Ireland): €4.95
Free Delivery: On orders over €50 (within Ireland)
For bulk orders or trade accounts, custom delivery rates may apply. Please contact us for a quote.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you do not receive tracking information, or if there is a delay in delivery, please reach out to our support team.
Missed or Failed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may leave a calling card or attempt redelivery. Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts or address changes after dispatch.
Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care in packaging your items. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send a photo and a brief description to support@papercupz.ie, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
